I’m passionate about living a fit and healthy lifestyle. Helping others achieve the results they desire is what inspires me as a personal trainer. I have always lived an active lifestyle with fitness being an important part of my life and a crucial aspect to living a balanced life. I have played competitive rugby league for 10 years which I thoroughly enjoyed and I am able to implement many training techniques that I’ve learnt. I’ve also boxed for 10 years competing and representing Sydney University.

I enjoy many different types of training and love staying active. I’m highly motivated and determined to help my clients achieve the goals they desire. I am motivated to help others with their fitness journey.

Through each session you can expect demonstration in exercise techniques, motivation, lots of energy, fun and proven industry intelligence to ensure you have the tools to exceed in your own expectations.

Complimentary Qualifications: Remedial Massage Therapist with a special interest in sports and rehabilitation.

I’ve been in the fitness industry for a year now and absolutely love it. It’s always been my passion and I have always been into fitness and leading a healthy lifestyle.

I love helping people in achieving their personal fitness goals and guiding them in how to get there. I strongly believe in following an active and healthy lifestyle and that’s why I love what I do and go the extra mile to help my clients with making lifestyle changes in order for them to be healthy, fit and happy!

I possess 15 years of fitness instructing experience with a broad range of skills in pilates, functional training, stretching, weights and cardio.

PHIL - Muscle Hypertrophy, Circuit Training, Body Shaping
I’ve been involved in the fitness industry for nearly a decade now and even before that, even as a young teenager, training and sports have always been my passion. I’ve played a number of sports over the years ranging from soccer, rugby league and representative futsal (indoor soccer). I have also had the privilege and experience to be on the coaching side of soccer and representative-level futsal.

I’ve undertaken several natural physique competitions in the past in which I placed first in Sydney, South Coast, Queensland, Newcastle and Central Coast. My experience in my sporting background and natural physique contests allows me to integrate training strategies from each of these – along with my current ongoing knowledge of fitness – to deliver a well-rounded workout to ensure that you walk away from each session knowing you have had a hard and worthwhile training session.

 Russell   RUSSELL - Sport Specific Training, Pre-Season Prep and Training, Cardio and Interval Training

I studied at the University of Sydney and combined this with part-time work with numerous football teams as well as a coaching role with elite junior players with Football NSW. I have been involved in sport from a young age and from that I developed my interest in the body and its capabilities in terms of health, wellbeing and sports performance.
