What is Fit for Life?
Fit for Life is a gentle exercise program designed for seniors (over 50).
Fit for Life will benefit you if you are over 50 and looking to:
- Increase your cardiovascular fitness
- Increase your muscular fitness
- Lower your blood pressure
- Lose body fat
- Improve flexibility
- Increase bone density
- Improve cholesterol control
- Manage Diabetes
- Improve overall health
- Increase your social interaction.
The program is run from Monday – Friday at 11:30am for 1 hour. Enjoy the fun class atmosphere plus a morning tea every second Tuesday at 12.30pm after the class. To find out more, contact us!
