What is Fit for Life?


Fit for Life is a gentle exercise program designed for seniors' (over 50).

It has great health benefits for you which can help to:

  • Increase cardiovascular fitness;
  • Increase muscular fitness;
  • Lower blood pressure;
  • Reduce body fat;
  • Improve flexibility;
  • Increase bone density;
  • Improve cholesterol control;
  • Manage diabetes;
  • Improve overall health; and
  • Increase social interaction.

 
The program is run from Monday – Friday at 11:30am for 1 hour. Enjoy the fun class atmosphere plus a morning tea every second Tuesday at 12.30pm after the class.
